Float & Flourish Launch Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Float & Flourish Swim School ("Float & Flourish").
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be the parent or legal guardian of the child they are entering.
The child must be eligible for one of Float & Flourish's Autumn Term 1 classes.
Entrants should only enter if they are able to attend Saturday morning lessons at the Float & Flourish teaching venue in Keighley, West Yorkshire during the applicable term.
Employees, immediate family members, or anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 30 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday 6 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
4. How to Enter
Eligible families may receive entries as follows:
1 entry for submitting a completed giveaway entry form via the Float & Flourish website.
5 bonus entries for making a confirmed booking for Autumn Term 1 before the giveaway closes.
1 bonus entry for following the Float & Flourish Facebook page.
1 bonus entry for following the Float & Flourish Instagram account.
To receive the booking bonus entries, the booking must be made using the same email address provided on the giveaway entry form. If a different email address is used, Float & Flourish may request evidence that the booking relates to the entrant before awarding bonus entries.
If a qualifying booking is cancelled before the prize draw, the associated bonus entries will not be awarded.
The Facebook profile name provided on the giveaway entry form will be used to verify any Facebook bonus entries.
The Instagram handle name provided on the giveaway entry form will be used to verify any Instagram bonus entries.
Entrants claiming bonus entries for following the Float & Flourish Facebook page and/or Instagram account must be following the relevant account at the close of the giveaway and at the time bonus entries are verified. If a follow cannot be verified for any reason, the associated bonus entry will not be awarded.
Each family may submit one giveaway entry form. Eligible bonus entries may then be earned through the methods described above. A maximum of one prize may be awarded per family. Entering details for more than one child does not increase the number of prizes that may be won.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
One free child's place for Autumn Term 1 at Float & Flourish Swim School.
If the winner has already booked and paid for Autumn Term 1 before the prize draw, the prize will instead be transferred to Autumn Term 2 for the same child.
The prize:
is valid for one child only;
is subject to suitable class availability;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be transferred to another person; and
cannot be deferred beyond Autumn Term 2 unless agreed by Float & Flourish in exceptional circumstances.
If the winner is unable to attend Saturday morning lessons at the Keighley teaching venue, no alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
Eligibility and any claimed bonus entries may be verified before the winner is confirmed.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the giveaway.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the email being sent. If no response is received within this time, Float & Flourish reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name and town may be announced on Float & Flourish's website and/or social media channels.
If the winner objects to this information being published, they should notify Float & Flourish when contacted. In these circumstances, Float & Flourish may still be required to provide winner details to the relevant regulatory authorities if requested.
Any photographs of the winner or their child will only be published with their separate consent.
8. Consolation Offer
Every eligible entrant who does not win will receive a special launch offer, details of which will be provided by email after the winner has been announced.
The offer:
is limited to one per child;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
is non-transferable;
is subject to availability; and
must be redeemed by the expiry date stated in the offer.
Float & Flourish reserves the right to substitute an equivalent promotional offer where necessary.
9. Data Protection
Personal information provided during entry will be used to:
administer the giveaway;
verify eligibility and bonus entries;
contact the winner;
send the consolation offer to eligible entrants; and
send marketing communications where consent has been given.
Children's dates of birth are collected solely to determine eligibility for the giveaway and the appropriate class for the child. This information will be processed in accordance with the Float & Flourish Privacy Policy.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Float & Flourish Privacy Policy.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after the giveaway has closed will not affect entry into the prize draw.
10. General
Float & Flourish reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any fraudulent, incomplete or duplicate entries.
Float & Flourish reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The decision of Float & Flourish is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Float & Flourish accepts no responsibility where Facebook privacy settings prevent verification of an entrant's eligibility for bonus entries.
